O’Neil S. King is a Member of the firm. He has practiced for more than 25 years as a civil defense attorney in Maryland and the District of Columbia. He practices in both state and Federal Courts; handing all aspects of the litigation process from discovery to appeals. His litigation practice has included products liability, medical malpractice, insurance coverage, personal injury, premises liability, automobile negligence, breach of contract/warranty, and employment matters.
Mr. King has extensive trial experience in both Maryland and the District of Columbia. He has served as an arbitrator with the Superior Court Alternate Dispute Resolution Program. He also does private mediations and arbitrations. He is AV rated with Martindale Hubble.
Mr. King is a graduate of New York University School of Arts and Science, where he was also a writing instructor. He graduated from New York University School of Law, and served as an Editor of the Review of Law and Social Change.
